2008 Lucky Loonie, Known Errors?

I received a 2010 Olympic coin set for my birthday. Rather then telling my Aunt I had 2 of them I just nicely put it away with the others.

I noticed one of the ones I had had a water drop coming off his left ring (on the right side to us).

It wasn't caused by a die gauge as this "water drop" goes into the coin. Lamination error, maybe some crud got on the plancette when it was struck.

Coins and Canada does not list it. Has anyone seen a 2008 Lucky Loonie with a little nick above it's left wing?

I am not thinking PMD as it is in it's little holder.
