The odd dagger that turns 90 degrees in the middle is a khanjar, the traditional dagger of Oman. I'm sure someone else here will recognize which specific coin this is from Oman. It is very similar to the one in the above link, but is not quite the same (look at the spacing between the top and bottom words around the swords). Your coin's date is 1410, which is 1990 in the Gregorian calendar. Report this Post to the Staff
