Happily, on the whole I find more dimes than pennies in nickel rolls, so it works out in the long run.

You're fine. That's an undersized nickel struck on a cent planchet using cent dies ... in error.

Alas, it was a 2009 Lincoln variety #2!

The roll was in a sealed $100 box of 50 rolls from the bank.
