A D over D variety would be called an RPM and I am not seeing one with these pics.

Hi MC...it's tough to know what you're seeing in your pics. Try enhancing the area with a paint program or arrows to show us what you're looking at. I do see "something" to the SE of the MM but it may not be anything.
