I bought it in a moment of weakness to fill a gap. I figured if ICG says 40 it would at least be a 30 and worth what I paid. The cleaning part is the unknown of course. Non returnable also. Oh well, live and learn.

Just remember, any white silver coin that is 150+ years old has been dipped or cleaned.

Do NGC and PCGS generally ignore cleaning on Bust coins as long as there are no surface marks? I have seen many relatively white coins that certainly looked treated in some way but were in regular graded slabs.
