I don't have Grellman's third edition so I don't know anything about N-45. Does it have the same obv as N-5? The date position definitely seems to be N-5, and I think I can see the lump that develops to the right of T in LIBERTY. Other than that the pictures really aren't that great. I don't see the lump that develops at the bottom left of the E in CENT.

yes it does have same obverse. I could not see lump at e in cent either. the t lump was not obvious to me either. maybe in hand it will be easier to see

I'll guess N-5, only because there seems to be a little space between the upper right corner of the ON(E) and the leaf, whereas on the N-45 it almost touches. Just a guess.
