Looks like damage or maybe MD.

Looks like the mintmark took a hit. Notice how the indent reduces the overall size of the right side of the mintmark? Not an RPM but still silver ;)

It's such a flat edge on the leg...I wondered if it was a machine wobble or even if the die was affected? Anywho...it's neat...eye catcher. Thx

It looks like a post mint hit on the mintmark. When looking at the pictures a sec d time you can see at the top of the D where the hit continues. I struggled (And still do) identifying RPMs. Keep asking questions about coins you think may be an RPM or DD and eventually you will get one!

It looks like both MDD and PMD to me.

It is machine damage. Note the leaf on the branch near the eagles foot. The MD can be seen in the same direction there. PSD. Normal die that altered the coin after the strike.
