ill make this short, I clean foreclosures and I came across some coins. looking through them, this one really stood out but I'm not really sure what it is. From doing a little searching I think its a Bolivian 2 Reales Carlos II 1689. could really use an expert opinion. tried to take a few photos with my phone. they didn't come out to horrible but I tried getting some shots of the edge but there really isn't one

It looks legit to me. I see a 1689 Charles II, two reales cob of Potosi, with assayer "VR." This is a common date within the series.
