The die that struck your coin is in the VLDS when your coin was struck. Note the weakness above the devices on the motto next to the rim. The die flow is showing heavy and the flows lines run over the devices. The devices get pretty much from this coin until the die is retired. It is always nice to be an earlier die state and note how the die has broken down.

Note how much cleaner these devices are on the devices. Often when we encounter these, we think it is hub doubling. But it is actually so clear, the coin just smiles for the picture.
