hi, you might want to check with the edison museum located in west orange N.J. Igrew up there and know they have most facts about his life! hope this helps

Italianruby the Edison museum might be a resource, but I was actually thinking it might be a G.E. thing. Thanks for the sugestion tho.

Atlassheath it is a pretty nice medal isn't it.

I was really hoping someone would have more info on it tho.
