I started with the clad proofs in the top left corner. Oldest first, going across the rows. This filled the top two rows. The next row follows the same pattern with the silver proofs. Since there are only 5 silver proofs the right lower hole was empty. I chose to fill that hole with the commemorative Ike proof dollar from the 1990 prestige proof set. If you need a source, take one of the plastic screws to Lowe's or Home Depot (or any good hardware store) to see if they can match it up.
