In that year, mint marks were not on dimes from Philadelphia. Unfortunately, that means you have a common dime worth 10 cents.

1980 is when the P started to appear on the Roosevelt dime so I agree

Unfortunately, only 10 cents. Philadelphia dimes were made with no MM. The valuable one is the Proof 1970 s dime with no MM.
