Die deterioration. It seems to like to fall behind devices. Why? Not sure. Seems to happen more on the single squeeze die with the lower profile. So it maybe just the way the die ages?
Coop - thanks. I notice that in your images, it stops at the rim and in my coin it goes into the rim. Does that just mean this is a more severe example?
Now I am confused about this. Is there another example, antwhere, where die flow lines go into the rim and leave this kind of indentation in the rim? I guess that I am not convinced that these rim indentions are a continuation of die flow lines?
