I got out for a short hunt this afternoon at the nature preserve where I just received permission to detect. I searched by the buildings near the entrance and in the woods by them.

When I dug this up there was a short period of about two seconds where I thought I'd found a Morgan silver dollar.

Then I realized it was a Readers' Digest token.

Rats!
