Copper/orange colored ball - Contains new posts since last visit.
Blue colored ball - No new posts since the last visit.

I notice that the New & Old Post Indicators Are Not Working in Firefox on my home PC but work OK in Windows Explorer on my work PC. In Firefox, they always stay orange.

Anyone else have this problem? Any fix?

Maybe you just have a corrupted cookie then. Clear your cache and your cookies and see if it resets.

Yep. No matter what I do, the Copper/orange colored balls stay that color, even when there are no new posts since the last visit.

I'll have to think about it, I have no idea at the moment. I'd have to say it's likely something on your end though, since your the only one reporting the issue.
