IMO, genuine bold N variety of a key date. Grade G, with details: damage to wreath and ST-rim near STATES; perhaps bent. Nice color and eye appeal otherwise. The value estimate of a details coin can range widely and would depend on how much the damage bothers the buyer. I'd say about $50.
Rest in Peace

Thank you all for your ideas. The coin is good enough for me who try to collect US Cent by dates :) Long way to go.

Keep it up, you're starting well. Are there many collectible US cents in Viet Nam?

No there is nothing for me from Vietnam. I have about 300 different dates and mintmarks / varieties but all of them are from abroad, mostly from the US. I am happy that I can reach to as early as 1803.

G details. Too much damage to make it in a clean grade.
