Hey again,

While looking through the same batch I came across this '57 D that appears to be a rpm rotated CCW. I am fairly confident that this is an RPM, but I want to double check as my eyes sometimes deceive me. Thanks for any help.

I could find a match on coppercoins. 1957D-1MM-041 was the only one close, but still not the die number for your coin. Save it for now. Maybe other locations may have a listing?

I see no match on Variety Vista CONECA numbers.

On Wexler's variety coins I see no match either. He has the most listed, but not all dies are on his web site yet.

How long should I wait? After that period of time should I get it attributed?

The problem is that your coin isn't nice enough to submit. So it would be better to wait to see if a better example gets listed. I have many RPMs that I've had for 10+ still waiting in them. SO it is one to put in a 2X2 for now. Maybe Wexler will list more of his varieties on line, or we might have to wait for his book? I have a 1959-D RPM book with his listings. He has 111 different RPMs for that year. Still waiting for the 1960-D RPM books from him. It will have to be at least two volumes or more?

Thanks for the help. Do you know approximately how much the 1960D RPM book will cost? I am trying to assemble a complete series of the '60D RPM's and this book seems essential.
