That certainly does look like a split serif, but there also looks like some gunk there too. I can't tell for sure.

I agree with Copper about it being a RPM; There are several RPMs on Coneca listed as SW or W; the RPM 001 picture of SW does not look like yours and the others: RPM-007, RPM-008, RPM-015 either dont provide enough description to compare or the description doesn't really match.

Suggest you send a picture to jameswiles@sbcglobal.net at CONECA and ask him.

Or just use coppercoins.com to find it. CONECA isn't the only resource.

This is not a West or Southwest spread RPM. It's either tilted or rotated CW.

It's definitely not #1, the others I don't have committed to memory.
