The ring looks odd and surface dull.
The reverse has a very good AU58 to MS62 wheat example.
Does the coin has any mint luster left?
If not, it may be graded to AU details.

This coin as well as many of the 1909 to 1930's in my collection has what I would describe as a grease or waxy substance on it. I try not to touch them so I do not know what this grease may be or if a professional could remove it. All of my coins have been stored not touched for decades, and I have no knowledge of what my great grandparents may have done to the collection.

Anyone please contact me who is interested in any coins I may have and I can email you all the photos directly. There is a very large sorted and unsorted Lincoln Wheat Cents (Literally 1000s of coins) and I will except any reasonable offer. (as I have a looming IRS tax bill due)

AU50

You don't need a professional for conservation on a coin like this. If it's just a "waxy feeling", remove it yourself:
