I see nothing on the bowtie. I see what you mean with the chin but seeing as worn it is it could easily be PMD. just my opinion.

Hey thanks for the input.You could be right about the bowtie,but the chin stills looks doubled.Hoping to get more feedback from seasoned CCF'ers.
