Reusing a design and reissuing a previous years coin are very different. What's next, " RCM reissues 1998 SML in 2012 (and every year in between)". Same design, the only thing different is the date. The RCM is not reissuing a 2014-dated coin, it is simply continuing the use of a previously-issued design on a current year coin. The latter happens all the time (read: every year).
