Not really corrosion, almost looks like some mint worker spilled a few drops of his kool-aide on the coin before it got sealed up.
I might give it an acetone soak, but not very optimistic about it coming off.

64RD, these are tough coins to find in the higher grades.

MS-64RD. I see those kool-aid dribbles. Most of the abrasions seem minimal but those nicks on the memorial columns did it for me. Great luster though!
