i am just posting a 1939P with a lamination error across the bust and possibly a Cud near the date. o dont know if the Cud looking metal is part of the lam ination issue or not. opinions are appreciated...

The peel is moved over to what you are seeing near the rim. Not a Cud.

the reverse does not show any noticable weakness in the area opposite the peel.

thanks for the answers.

would this coin have any premium value?

Slight because of where the peel landed. Maybe in the $1-2 dollar range.

It was interesting enough to be added to my educational files.
