When I first read the title, I was a little concerned that this post was NSFW. I like these coins more and more--thanks for sharing!

Quote: When I first read the title, I was a little concerned that this post was NSFW. I personally started wondering "since when were these huge coppers little?" But this one sure is little... at least, in comparison (it's all the way down to sextantal standard, which means it's only 1/6 the weight of an actual big one).

So it appears everyone came to the thread to declare "they are not little!"
Its a nice type though back in the day I wouldn't want a toga full of them weighing me down.

For the type not bad at all. As long as both faces are complete and the reverse legends readable I consider it to be Fine condition. As the relief on these pieces was not very deep that is a big plus !
I like it But I am sure you already knew that !

As for the N A
These types were issued in different regions of Italy and not exclusive to Rome. Perhaps ......... Neapolis Apulia ?

I guess that's possible. I wish Crawford was a little more detailed, but it's difficult to catalog every type.

Nice one Ron. Wouldn't mind picking up a couple of these myself later on (I just have one really bad-looking one).
