PMD. The mintmark took a hit giving the appearance of two D mintmarks. As for the filled D it could be from the hit or a die chip, quite common. Neither of these add numismatic or market value. Hope I could help, -CRHer
This one looks like a broken post on the center the mint mark die. (the post would have formed the inside area) with out the post the center of the mint mark is filled in.
