It looks slightly off center to me, but it does have a full rim. I can't imagine an error collector having it as part of their collection. If you like it though, keep it. I only cost you $0.10.

I have seen many of the same coins. I used to get excited about them but, not anymore.

If some of the design or devise's are missing then it usually carries a premium but not in this case.

Is it the same size as other dimes? If so I would call it a misaligned die-like jasper said part of the design must be cut off on one side for it to be considered off center...broadstrike has full design on both sides but is larger than normal diameter due to being struck out of collar
