I know...very common date but I do love the reverse toning on the first and overall luster on the second! Do either make a 65 to make it "slab-able"? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I would think not 65 and not slab worthy.
Just my opinion.

The first one might be AU and is 63 max if MS. The second one looks MS and no higher than 63+. They're both nice coins though, and keepers, just not worth certifying.

I will say MS-62 for these coins. Nothing glaringly wrong but luster seems a bit diminished on the second and the first seems to have some hairlines which is distracting.

I'll venture 63 on both.

I think in the range of MS-62/63.
