I just see a normal 1968 cent. I see no evidence of hub doubling.

Take a look at LIBERTY. Do you see the notching on your coin like this example? If it were from this die, the same hub doubling would be present on your coin.

Note the motto on 'IN'. See how much wider those devices are? Also note the notching and spread. Your coin Is just a normal example from that year.
