I am helping a friend improve their camera set-up. He likes the general set-up I have but my set up is out of date. I have a Canon T2i / Canon 60mm Macro. He wants a newer body with the same lens. I have narrowed down the choices to the Canon T5i or T5.

Which would you guys suggest?
Tethering and live veiw shoot is my main concern.

For coins I don't think there will be any difference. I don't even think there will be any difference between the T2i and T5i, they use a similar (possibly exactly same) sensor. The T5/5i has upgraded software that allows more general camera functionality, but for coins in a studio setup makes no difference.
