I have found another error coin searching bank rolls, I have never seen one in this year. It is not a Magicians coin btw.

looks somewhere around 10 to 15 degrees rotation, I am not sure about the USA standard deviation, but in Canada that is not really classified as a rotation.

It is most definitely a Magician's coin because it is a Bicentennial Half Dollar with a non-Bicentennial reverse.
