I think mark in front of nose keeps it to 65RD.

Can't really tell how bad that mark on cheekbone is. Also mark in hair and vertical mark in the "B" of LIBERTY and on rim. Die crack off the first 9? Bump above memorial? I'm saying MS65RD cause of luster and its not marked a lot but the marks it does have are rough. Not an Ideal MS65RD. If you "buy thes coin, not the holder" this is not the coin.

I graded this at 66, it has eye appeal off the charts with the subtle red patina.
