I don't see any wear ,but is that a small scratch under the 3 in date ?

That scratch is possibly a die crack. The nickel is notorious for those.

I see lots of scuffing. No higher than MS-63, but likely a 62.

this coin is loaded with die cracks on both sides which is why I purchased it. It gives the coin personality IMO

I can see a lot of major cracks on that coin. I think they are cool.

Reverse appears a bit scuffed in these pics, so I'm at 63 here.

Very nice coin but I'm going to have to say it looks to me like a high grade AU. Say AU58.

I see what looks to me like a touch of wear on the tip of the Liberty crown and the abrasions on the reverse are a little troubling.

Those are on the slab not the coin.

I should have disclosed it is in a slab.

I'm changing my grade to MS62. after reviewing this one again I think the amount of minor scratches along with the amount of missing luster could drop it a notch from my original grade of 63.
