I have been trying all day to view my Order history on my membership page on the PCGS Website with No avail. All my other details come up but at the bottom of the page where my orders should be is the message "Could not display orders." Is anyone else having this problem?

The site seems to be working now although the counter for coins graded is the same as it was yesterday. Is it a public holiday in CA today?

PCGS website has been offline for more than 24hrs now. Has anyone any insight as to when the will come back online?

CloudFlare a caching system that PCGS uses is apparently the cause of my problem of not being able to log onto the PCGS website. I can "Ping" and "tracert" PCGS.com without a problem But when I try to access the site with a web browser I keep getting the 522 error from cloudflare. Who do I have to speak to in order to get this fixed, PCGS or CloudFlare ? This problem has persisted now for the last 4 days and as I have 4 submissions awaiting grading and I also have to upgrade my set registry it is very frustrating NOT being able to log onto the website.

I've had similar problems, in the West as well. Funnily enough the site seems to work early in the morning ~6am then dies for the rest of the day. It doesn't seem to be from my side either, tried logging in from multiple devices and using different internet providers.

I can now log on using a proxy But I shouldn't have to, PCGS are aware that CloudFlare is causing problems and yet they won't/can't fix those problems and the customer service I received recently was nothing short of abysmal . Along with the retardedly slow turnaround times and lack of customer service this latest "snafu" at PCGS is making me seriously reconsider using NGC . Maybe NGC aren't the Biggest Kid on the Block and there is a perception held that NGC graded coins are graded 1 point higher than PCGS would grade the coin at But from my experience the service provided by NGC is far superior to PCGS as far as customer service and turnaround times are concerned. Maybe I will simply stop getting my coins graded altogether I'm not sure which way I want to proceed at the moment, I do know however that I am pretty Disenchanted with the rather expensive service ( or lack of it) that PCGS is providing me with at the moment and this cannot continue.
