Hello

Here I have some interesting piece, it is 31.5mm in diameter and weighs 7.5 grams and appears to be made out of some base metal.

Anyone know if this was made to mark Air Raid Sirens or other equipment of the ARP Rochdale? Or was this worn on the body by someone from ARP? I couldn't find one like this on the net anywhere, I did find a lot of historic info on the German Blitz Air Raids in Rochdale though.

Specifically missing info is what the CC stands for and who made this for what exact purpose. I presume it was made in 1940-1941 or just shortly before that.
