If I find one I cannot attribute, I usually contact BJ or JC to see if they have an interest in listing it. This one was easy because of the markers - especially the E in ONE! I've noticed that sometimes the I in BIE is similar to a listed one but not quite the same - so the question arises: is it the same and just a different die state? That is where the markers help.
