Seems like these minor RPMs are quite numerous in the late 50s!

They were really messing up (minorly, that is) in the late 50s (56,57,58). I've found quite a few of these.

Yahh minors were more common then. Pennies were made of mostly copper; so copper mines could sell at a profit, and the cost to the taxpayer was less than a penny for a penny. System worked better than these days.
