This appears to be a three Lira from the Italian States under Joseph II. The Mint Mark "M" is Milan. This coin is similar in design to Austria-Netherlands coins. It unfortunately appears to be a copy based on look and by the addition of the small text punched into the fields of the lower reverse.

I thought it was a real one because it's made of silver. I've been suspicious that it's a copy because those round bumps near the edge are 100% made in a factory. Thanks guys appreciate it. If anyone knows it's value as a copy email me or post here. Thanks in advance

Are you even sure that it is silver and not a silver-colored base metal?

As a copy, it has little value. There are a few folk around CCF who buy these things for a dollar or two to keep as examples, but otherwise not much value. On the other hand, if it actually *is* made from Silver, then there will be the intrinsic value of that metal.

Can you tell us what is written under the shield, or make a picture of that area?
It looks like it has a silver mark.
The year 1786 was the year of the publication of the civil code of Austria that stated that all citizens were equal.
