From your pictures it is a nice looking coin, but to give it any serious grading consideration I would need closer up (enlarged) pictures.

agreed. Obverse in focus would also greatly assist.
If that is damage on "D" in DEI it will also affect value

Heck, I'd buy that in a second with an AU-55 written on the 2x2!
Honestly though, we'd definitely need a more clear photo of the obverse to take a stab at the actual grade.

Picture is very 'soft' and because of this, your coin looks at least an au55, if not slightly higher in grade.

However, if the picture was in focus and sharp in detail, there could be many small surface marks that may bring it down to ef45 or au50.

Either way, absolute bottom grade is ef45 and top grade could be as high as ms62.

My reflex pass away so I have to use my other camera wich is not perfect for macro. Here's is second picture of the obsv. There is a some marks in the field and vertical jewels on the crown are worn a little bit.
