thought I would see how this lens. would perform with this piece of glass I purchased. there is no double this lens will compete with the best of them. here is my results no editing just cropping. aperture at F8 canon tethered.

this is a very difficult coin to photograph. here is how I did with the Rodenstock lens. again no editing

this is one of the best lens. I know thank you ray. I understand now to why you promote the helicoid. ray this new canon camera EOS 70D. that the only way I could get the whole coin in the image. my nikon bellows is a PB6 I could not get a full coin. so I switched up to a macro short tube and helicoid. this is one incredible lens.
