Good catch. This seller has no other coins for sale, has none in completed listings, and generally sells sunglasses, sports jerseys and sports cards (areas known for counterfeits - but I have no expertise in those areas and can't say if they are genuine or not).
But since this coin is clearly a counterfeit, some conclusions can be drawn, and I guess they are testing the waters for new areas to profit.
