Not Greek. If real, it's a Roman Republican coin (probably denarius). IMHO, it looks too good to be true, but I don't know enough to be sure on that part.

Far too non-expert on this topic to comment further.

I think might be a fouree (ancient fake) surface looks porous though that could be from environmental damage.

Looks like a fouree to me too, Ron. The silver surface is broken through on both sides, with green deposits that are associated with copper, not silver. It would appear that the core is not silver.
