Unidentified Ancient, Possibly Roman Coin

Over at http://cointranslator.com/ I can see it may be Domitian, Diocletian or Gratian? As I can make out the 'TIAN' Other than that I have really no idea and havent yet jumped into the Roman waters fully. Here's the coin: Report this Post to the Staff

I can't read the date which is at the bottom right of the coin. It appears that it has been tooled a bit or perhaps harshly cleaned. Ref: Milne 4821. Report this Post to the Staff
