mdrosophila Pillar of the Community United States 724 Posts	Posted 05/20/2016 2:04 pm I am not very convinced this could be MS66 unless it is graded so by PCGS and NGC. Although it has above average luster, this alone does not place the coin in the MS66-67 range. The luster is a necessity but not a guarantee for higher grade. I say conservatively MS64 RD.
