(they ended in the 19th century) I'm not seeing a 1914/3 on the examples I've examined from Heritage that are graded that way. To me it looks like it is just part of the normal design. I was wondering where the notion came from to label them as such though. I've never seen the 3 under the four...however the one I posted seems to have a clear, elongated 3 over the top and bottom of the 4, but doesn't entirely look like the 3's on the Buffalo's. So I guess the next question is, are there a FEW genuine over dates out there and the TPG's ran with it on the one in your picture to make the sale? Report this Post to the Staff
