Any advice on a supply source for some GOOD 1.5x1.5 cardboard holders?

I've bought batches from several of the "well known" suppliers online. While their prices are excellent, I find the holders to be cheap (the cut isn't always straight, so the holes don't line up), and the 1.5's particularly "shed" small bits of cardboard paper, which is very annoying when working with some higher quality coins, especially proofs.

Any advice or suggestions?
