What's going on in the field in front of his nose? Are those hairline scratches? If they are than I'd say MS Details but if not I'd go MS63 just due to the carbon spotting. You are right about the value, around $1.00 to $1.50.

I do not like carbon spots. At most MS63. MS60

It's a nice strike. The die scratches don't bother me, looks MDS as die polishing part of die state. From the color in the photos obverse might be RB, overall MS63/64.

I agree with the members. The carbon spots are really the only flaw...

I'm the low man this time. I think it's 62. Just too many distracting spots. Hope I'm wrong though!
