Agree. The rim bump would have nixed it for me at any price, sorry.

The rim bump is unfortunate but it is a hole filler if you need a Newcomb 15 (R3+) -- obverse displacement on a chord break left of S3-S4 and reverse heavy cracks from STATES through AMERICA. I have one in about a 6-8 grade without the rim damage, but with much the same look to it, and I find it more interesting because you can easily see that it's got issues, not have to stare at minute differences in date positions etc.
