Accurate die cutting - those are moles on Her face

Rare die variety


Seriously though, probably die damage or die rust, and perhaps consituting a rare but minor die variety anyway. Her 'tear' suggests die damage, because the detail of it is raised on the coin.

Nop-but I did see a large and small beads on the obverse a few years ago....!
