For starters, the pic is a mirror image. The date seems to be 2010.

If this is gold, it's not on Numista.

Can't comment further, sorry.

It's a Indian silver token given to bank customers on special occasions like dilwali or the Hindu new year.

What are it's diameter, thickness and weight?
I suspect that it is made from aureate bronze.
