january1may Pillar of the Community Russian Federation 5172 Posts	Posted 05/29/2016 9:05 pm I'd guess some kind of minor planchet flaw that intensified after a bit of corrosion. Reminds me of a Belgian coin I found in a "bad coins we don't need" bin last year (should really take a photo, it's a really weird PMD/flaw/whatever thing).
